The government of Javier Milei, through the Federal Emergency Agency (AFE), issued an official communication past midnight detailing the deployment of federal forces and the status of the health operation following the major explosion and fire in the Ezeiza Industrial Park. According to Noticias Argentinas, the Ministry of Health is coordinating the transfer of victims and the preparation of hospitals. The Cuenca Hospital (national) "awaits the admission of a patient with severe burns and fractures".

National Health Operation. The AFE report detailed the health situation under the national scope:

Injured transferred: "15 patients referred to the Clinic of Grande Monte" and "3 patients transferred to the Ezeiza Hospital". Red Codes: It was decided with the Province of Buenos Aires that "the first red codes will go to the Bicentennial Hospital" (national). Toxicological support: A "toxicologist from the Posadas Hospital" is in contact with the Cuenca Hospital "for support" due to the chemical nature of the fire. Decontamination Protocol: The Bicentennial Hospital (national) activated its "Decontamination Protocol" and prepared "9 critical beds", 3 additional stretchers, and staff reinforcements.
